My family and I were in the process of moving interstate and were  looking for a place in Brisbane. During the course of searching for our new home, we met a lot of different real estate agents who were all nice and helpful. None of them however, came close to offering the genuine, friendly and invaluable advice and support that Franco did. When we inspected the property, there was never a hard sell or the usual "I've had lots of offers on this place, this baby is going to go soon if you don't put in a big offer". It was more like being shown through a home by your best friend.

Once we had put in our offer that was accepted, Franco continued to help us through the entire buying process and was always available for a chat no matter what the time or circumstance. He even talked to my 2 year old son mid tantrum when he grabbed the phone off me! What a guy!

I would like to thank you both for your tireless efforts to sell our home in a tough market. There was allot of time taken on our web site listing, and all the photos did the house justice. Other web sites I have looked at only had one or two photos and the angles were very ordinary.

We also appreciated the time spent before the listing explaining recent sale prices, and also what we could do to maximise our sale price. I am also aware of how you accommodate the buyers, ensuring that you are there at a time which suits them, even if it is at 6:30 PM on a Sunday night. Every inspection was backed up with a phone call to us for an update, and we were never made to feel like we were taking up too much of your time.

We feel we got absolute top dollar for the current market, even though it was less than list price. It is the market that dictates the sale price, not what we would like or need to get. If we hadn't listened to your sales strategy I am sure it would still be for sale.
