Michael sold me the property almost 20 years ago, managed the rental for most of that time, was always there to talk to about options, then generated a solid number of prospective buyers and sold the property within 2 weeks right in the estimated price range. He's someone who knows his area inside out from decades of running his own agency there. He's also someone who is easy to trust with your investment, and a nice guy to boot.

We drove up a street and saw a for sale sign, surprised the agent said he would meet us there 1 hour later we didn't have to wait for an open inspection.

We met Michael Verstandig at the appointed time.

He showed us through the door and said go for it I'm not going to harass you, we had a good look and then talked with Michael about a few things which led him to explain there was 2 offers to be submitted to the owner on Monday, this was Sunday. To our surprise Michael said he would give no indication at all about the other offers as he worked for the owners, I was impressed and said now there's three.

I received a phone call on Monday to say our offer had been accepted, great news.

Michael did a great job for the owner I know this from the new neighbors who are friends of the owners.

My experience with Michael as the purchaser was also brilliant no problems at all, he even dropped the new house keys off to us after settlement with a bottle of wine to celebrate.
