I can’t say this about any other real estate agent that I have ever dealt with, I believe what he says, and he does what he says he will do.

He is a no bullshit person and will give it to you straight whether you want it or not.

If you are looking for an agent that promises you everything you ask for and then spends the entire time convincing you that the "market is telling you that your property is worth way less than I valued it at one week ago and you have to drop the price", then read no further, there are hundreds of them circling at the bottom of the agent ocean, and if that is whom you are looking for you won’t be disappointed, pick anyone else.

However, if you want someone that will back themselves in on their valuation, believes in your property and what he has told you, then Michael will sell your property at the right price for you with no fuss or bullshit.
I have used Michael, successfully in over 12 transactions over 20 years.

I have also spoken with Michael on numerous occasions over the years on real estate trends and feelings. He has always been happy to talk with me and I have always listened to his advise.

We have a rental property  and recently contacted them to sell our property in Banyo. Michael and his partners and his office crew couldn't do enough for us. they where great. The property was sold within a very short time on the market and for the amount that was estimated at the beginning of our negotiations. We are extremely happy the way it was handled and the continues updates that were provided to us. We still have the rental property and their management of that property is very well managed with regular updates. I highly recommend them for selling, buying or renting out your valuable property.
