Michael was easy to deal with and genuinely positive about the property, and it was so comfortable working with an agent I was confident I could trust to do the right thing for both me as the seller and for the buyer. Plus, he got a better sale price than any of the other 3 agents I interviewed suggested even as a starting price – in fact, the total I received after deducting Michael's commission was more than the lowest of the three other starting figures! So, as you can imagine, I'm very happy with the result. I have sincerely thanked Michael.
