It is with both a sense of pleasure and gratitude that I undertake to pen a few words in acknowledgment of the excellent service we received from Verstandig Zaini when recently selling our house.

We had the good fortune to have made Franco's acquaintance about a year prior to making the decision to sell when they were going door to door introducing themselves to the community. I felt completely at ease during this initial meeting and when we finally got around to selling our house we invited them back to see what they could offer.

It was then that we met Michael and he only reinforced my initial impression of the manner in which this duo aspire to conduct their business. In all honesty we had invited several of the other larger National franchises to appraise our property and put forward their proposals for selling our home as well however we constantly felt pressured with the must list with us now attitude that was almost always on display.

Just wanted to thank you for all your help in the purchase of our first home. There aren't really any instruction manuals that teach you about buying your first home.so it can be pretty daunting.

It certainly was for us, but luckily, a friend recommended you to us. What soon became apparent to us was that the actual locating of a suitable house is only the first, and simplest step, in a long and confusing sequence of events. After that, we came to rely on being able to call you or Franco, and be given clear and friendly advice that we could really trust.
