About Brittney Verständig
Brittney started her working life after leaving Southern Cross Catholic College to become a Hairdresser. Starting out as a shop assistant and then going on to complete her trade. After a number of years at a large salon she decided it was time and asked to enter the family real estate business going into Property Management.
Brittney has a real passion for her role in our leadership team as our General Manager and Head of Property Management, ensuring our clients receive the very best service and that the office runs smoothly.
Brittney has a qualification in property management and brings with her years of experience in both rental management and client care, with a very good understanding of landlord/tenant requirements and needs. Brittney has an excellent eye for detail and understands time management which is a perfect fit for residential property management, which greatly assists clients within her asset portfolio.
Brittney's real estate career has taken her to all areas of Brisbane where she has gained valuable knowledge of the relevant legislation, tribunal hearings and cost effective asset management.
She loves a good laugh and when not at work you’ll find her at the beach. She is also a keen foodie and loves spending time with her Dachshund's George & Lucy.
